Figured we should post up our Wii codes. I don't have anybody's so I don't know what the purpose really is, except to see other people's Miis, but I figured I should give it a try.

apples and oranges. you can't even compare the wii to the 360 and the ps3. they serve completely different purposes. i'm planning on getting a ps3 or 360 as well, but since i actually have friends, some of which that are girls, the wii has it's perks. Anyone can pick it up and play. there's a lot of good games that groups of people who aren't necessarily gamers can pick up and play with no problem.

Which is why I would get a Wii before any of the other systems. I realized about six years ago (during an endurance race on GT2) that spending that much time playing video games was dumb. Personal opinion, but I just can't get into sitting in front of a TV "racing," when I have an actual race car to build. Time wasted is wasted time. :P

That's the thing, I am a gamer and the Wii has NO games that appeal to me. There isn't 5.1/7.1 Surround sound support, no HD picture availiable, and the games seem all tailored to kiddies. Hell, a lot of the games coming out for the Wii are on the PS2 as well since it's so easy for developers to port games over since they are so similar hardware-wise. I am done though since I argue enough with my cousin about PS3 or 360 and I know how these arguments go so I'll just leave my .02 about it and be done.

Same. I got it with my tickets from Dave and Busters last year and I never touch it.

Don't get me wrong, it's OK. Obviously it's just the bastard little brother of the real next-gens. (or a gamecube on crack, if you will) But the library of titles currently available is appaling for any real gamer. Zelda was ok, The chubby little Italian plumber's new game is ok, but; unless you are 8 years old, or a woman, or a palsy victim, it's not going to impress. Sorry I forgot to post up the #'s, again. When I remember, I'll do it.

I love my Wii. I got it back in March on ebay while they were sold out everywhere else.

Right now I go back and forth between Simpsons and Mario Galaxy. I love this thing!
