yup, that many, and that includes maybe about 1/2 a dozen runs in other people's cars too. That's a lot of clutch wear (all on the stock clutch, don't ask how it's holding up, I still don't know :shrug)

3 of those were in my Evo. :P

I've done 2 in my car and am worried about my clutch god damn.

its weird I have 147000 miles with a stock clutch the bastard will not die. I have a new one cf stage 2 waiting to go in.

I believe it aoub the clutch. I had the one in my old Saturn last for 200K miles, and the one in my Mazda is still good at 180K miles.

And tony, while that was not the fastest car I have ever driven, it was the fastest car I have ever raced. I think that best run I made with your car was a 13.0, right? Damn that thing could move...

That's awesome! I'd be afraid to count all mine up, I started back in 1996. There was a time when we'd go every weekend.

My stock clutch in my mustang lasted about 142K miles before it slipped upon launch at the track.

I'm nearing 190K, and if it wasn't for my tranny blowing up, the stock clutch would still be in. It's crazy.

13.07 @ 115. ;) That was only with the ehaust, K&N drop in and a flash. I didn't even have an MBC yet! The day before, it put down 279 AWHP on Buschurs Mustang dyno.

115mph trap with just exhaust, drop-in and a tune??? Damn!

What boost was that at? I really have to save up for exhaust/mbc/tune b/c the power increases are just too crazy not to.

Damn is right. That's some HP and screamin on top end! Hell, I trap less than that at a 12.00. The only time I trapped that high was when it was a sub-12 pass.
