And yes I am into case building and moding. I case mod computers and game consoles.
The only ones I have pics of right now though are a couple of my xbox mods.

Currently piecing together a new rig; Have 2 FX-74 Windsors ready to drop in (got em OEM for a steal) and a pair of GeForce 8800GTXs
in boxes waiting...
But, currently I'm on a P4 Extreme Ed. powering a crappy ASUS P4P800SE, running a GeForce 6800GT and 4 Gigs or Corsair XMS, 4 WD Raptors on a mirrored array. All in a sunbeam Samurai case that had lots of custom LEDs and cold cathodes, until the woman dropped it face-firt onto concrete. :cry

OUCH!!! My roommate has the 8600gts and he is waiting on a mobo. So I put it in my set up for a while, it just ran WAY too hot. That twin vid card set up will be sick. you running water cooling?

That xbox is pimp btw. How did you do it?

Yeah, I'm holding out for a Koolance with redundant pumps. I helped a friend build a similar setup and he went with air cooling. Even with Zalman heatsinks and fans he was still burning up.

How did I do the xbox stuff???
Well I took apart the case and thoroughly inspected it and found out where the HDD and the DVD drive sit at. Then I laid out some holes to cut. I also took the DVD drive case apart and cut the top out so you can see the disk spinning as you can see in the first pic I posted. Then with the holes in the case I went and bought some plexi and custom cut it to fit under the holes. Then I wired up the leds shown in pic 2 and ran them off of a y cable for the HDD. Hot glued everything and there you go. Lots of other mods to it other than case mods too!!!

Oh and if you want to play Quake 3: Arena online I have it ported for the xbox. So if you want to go XBOX vs PC hit me up and we can GET IT ON!!! Ok that came out wrong but you know what I mean. Just PM me or something and we can set up a game.

I cant wait till the new Call of Duty comes out. It looks pretty bad ass. Q3 huh? I havnt played that in a LONG time like 2000. lol I will see if i can did it out. Have you thought about getting 2142?

I've tried others but I've got a pretty big mitt, and most gaming keyboards seem too small.

Yeah, Ive seen boards kind of like that. Most of them have the arrows, and a WOW graphx on them... the G15 is the same size/shape as a regular keyboard. Its got a pimp ass LCD, shows CPU and Ram usage. Gives you all your server stats and ranking for games. "G" keys that you can program. my desk is way too small for a monster like that... ;) ;) ;)

Here's my rig. I usually build a new one every year or 2 but this one has done well so far. It's been running pretty well for 3 yrs now. I did ditch the water cooling for the zallman last year though...

Get the mineral oil!!!!! plug the holes. Nice case lighting. I will take a picture of mine as soon as I can find my camera. Just did some engraving and put spikes in the top. Looks cool around the 120.

Yeah, I tried a Z-Board but found the action on the arrows and other surrounding buttons to be a bit stiff for my liking. I did like the inter-changeable layouts though. Anyone else use a G5/7 mouse? I love mine.
Eclipz- Good choice on the clear acrylic, I've always been a fan. I looked at that particular heatsink awhile back, what kind of temps do you run with that?

At idle = around 33^C
FULL load benchmark = 49^C

When I did the benchmark, I had it OC'd very conservatively and had a 120mm fan on the back on the case. I ditched the 120 because it was too damn noisy, so it'd probably get a little hotter now.

I see you are running SLI. What cards are you using? Has anyone played the Unreal 3 Demo they have out?

well... I had PLANNED on getting some "good" cards eventually but I've been running a pr of 6800 XT's. They've actually done pretty well! :thumbsup
