Ok, So I have a 07 eclipse for a rental car. I love the inside of the car, but it has way too many blind spots. Backing out of a space you cant see anything on the side of you. The side mirrors are too close. I just cant get into it. It has the 2.4L motor and it sucks. I mean I know rentals are just dogged anyways, but it has no get up and go. I really want to get a tranny for my eclipse and fix it now, just to get back into my car. Just my opinion. What do you guys think?

Try the 5spd v6 with Mivec and you will be pleasantly suprised.

+1 friend of mine has one. v6 auto but with shift paddles. that thing can move pretty quick.
