One big ass cooling tower?

Errrr....is it done...or being built? If it's done could it be some kind of radio transmitter telescope thinger.

Terrestrial radio & TV transmission station. The tall mast in the middle is a microwave tower and TV transmitter that receives and rebroadcasts the local signal from Jodhpur.

The four pairs of dishes are designed to provide extremely long distance radio relay (probably to Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, and Barmer) by aiming at the lower atmosphere and bouncing off to get around the curvature of the earth.

The reason everything is in one spot like that is because it's the highest point in the area, so it has the best line of sight to everyone. (1,190ft)
