what the crap is wrong with this country? why is it that we have to make a fuckin pill to cure everything? i was listening to the radio today and this commercial for RLS(restless leg syndrome) comes on. at first im thinkin...haha thats a funny joke, but no! they were serious! what gives?! i have a twitchy leg as do a load of my friends and i dont think its an issue that needs to resolved with a pill.
on top of that, they have so many pills out there that "cure" stuff but in return causes something else. who the hell wants, constipation, high blood pressure, anal leakage or diarrhea? its like we're creating a neutrotic country that always feels something is wrong.
end rant

You don't know how true that is, or maybe you do.
I saw that same commercial on restless leg syndrome and laughed my ass off. I got that crap and I never knew that they even had a classification for it. At night time it feels like your legs just want to keep moving. They kind of spasm and twitch. Pretty annoying but NOT a freakin' disease to take pills to.
I fixed mine with Coca-Cola. I tried to use common sense to figure it out, Thought about what I did and ate over the day. Through trial and error, I discovered that if I don't drink Coca-Cola, my syndrome goes away. It's a fuckin' miracle!
They got a name for everything. Restless leg syndrome, my ass........

Whats sad, is that you guys have no idea what youre talking about. Research the issue first. I have had this RLS countless times. Its not when your leg twitches, that just means your a tweek. When you get a RLS episode, its like an annoying pain in the muscle. About a 4-5 on a 10 max pain scale. It hurts when the muscle is stationary for more than a few seconds. The only way to make the pain go away, is to move it. Therefore, it is restless. I went to the doctor about it because i was getting it pretty frequently, and this was before there was a medicine out. He just told me to take more vitamins, and to try to stretch out the muscle at least once a day.

There is a medication for it, because for some people that's the only relief they can get. Some people will not be able to get a goods night rest without some kind of aid. We're not talking about just a couple kicks here and there. But a constant need to move your legs, almost like OCD. They're spouses are thankful too.
If you can make a pill that has no side effects, get it through phase 1-III clinical trials and approved by the FDA, I will treat my patients with it and you will be beyond rich. So start working on it.

It's just going to be quite interesting with this new diet pill reaching the market. It's a half strength form of Xenical. It basically blocks the absorbtion of fat in your diet. You consume too much fat, you experience the side effects. Which include but are not limited to: anal leakage, fatty stools, uncontrollable anal discharges, and all the other normal "side effects". Anything more than 15 grams of fat in a serving of food, you experience some nasty effects. Wait until your walking behind some fat bitch and she has "uncontrollable anal discharges". I work in a pharmacy, I understand the need for certain medications. While I make my living dispensing drugs to people with drug seeking behavior instead of behavior altering therapies. I still find that most illness being treated with conventional medicine could be controlled with simple diet or lifestyle modification. It's just sad that everyone wants a quick fix or pill to fix whats wrong with them, without understanding the underlying issues with those problems. You don't necessarily have high blood pressure because your predisposed to it, you more than likely have it because of over consumption of high sodium foods and excessive water weight retention. You don't always have high cholesterol because it's "in your genes" (although true in some situations) it's because of the diet you choose to follow. Depression has become the "common cold" of the psychiatric profession. Let's just stick everybody who walks into our office on an SSRI (selective seratonin reuptake inhibitor) and hope that their fucked up lives somehow get better, because now, they take a pill. It's not the health professionals fault.. if you dare send someone out of your office without a little piece of paper instructing them in ingest a pill a few times a day... they assume your a bad doctor. It's a sad situation all around.

I doubt those penis pills work. What would i know? I dont need em.
Maybe they're placebos to trick your dick into thinking it can grow so it actually does. Haha.
Yeah, they do have a pill for everything. Americans are lazy. Eating right, exercise, proper rest and just taking care of yourself in general fixes most things. People just want a quick fix and the drug companies prey on those needs. Side effects are engineered into those pills so more pills are sold to treat the side effects thus making them more money. It's a conspiracy!!!!!! Probably not.

I too work in a Pharmacy and its funny the amount of people who come in and don't even know what they're taking and what its for. I like to ask people when they say oh I need my high blood pressure medicine filled, I simply go do you know the name of it, some people do know it, some people take a few minutes to spit out a word that sounds nothing like what it actually is, and other people just go no.
Its quite sad people don't research what they are taking before they take it.
hahah I just remembered a guy called asking what to give a kid he was babysitting, these were his exact words, "Hi, I have a kid here who has a cough and I found this medicine in the refridgerator, its called...aceto....acetomin....aceto"m&m" lol...
He was trying to say Acetaminophen (Tylenol)and he kept finding drugs that he was asking could he give this kid, some of which include Hydrocodone (LMAO totaleklipse97 will laugh at that one) and Metoprolol...
People these days...
