P.S. I read in C&D a while back that you need to brakes in evos for a little and take it easy on the car at first otherwise they start burning oil.

Looks awsome.

I ran mine in HARD. It makes plenty of power and uses no oil. YMMV.

For the first 50 mi, I was on the gas, off the gas all the way home. Never really brought it above 4500rpms.
Then, I just kind of drove it "normal" for another 100 mi or so.
After I hit 150 mi., I started to get on it a little.
It's got exactly 176 mi on it now.
I'll wait till I hit around 750-1000 mi. before I give it a "hard" launch and run it all the way through the rpms.
I guess it's the first 25 mi that determine if it will be an oil burner. You can't just putt along at a constant rpm.

The waiting is the hardest part... ;)

Two words - twin disk. ;-) Yes they're expensive, but TOTALLY worth it.

Um, the fire did that to the hood. The fading clearcoat is the result of the sun and lower quality clear on early Mitsubishi products.
