24190, Decision made...

Well after months of being home, and lots of searching and searching for my replacement car...I've finally just decided I'm gonna pay to ship my car down here even though it has the hole in the block and will cost an arm, a leg, and probably my next kid.

I'm just too picky to find a car, and don't want to pay a bunch, especially since I'll be replacing just about everything haha. I can just use the extra money to work on the appearance of my mine, and I don't have to worry about the fate of her up in the frozen tundra.

Here is a pic someone took recently when they found my car where I had it stashed at my one of my g/f's houses. Looks so depressing :cry

Yeah...it's really depressing looking at the title, then knowing she's 4500+ miles away :thumbsdown

I contacted a few shipping companies already to get some quotes, I guess we'll see what happens...

how hard would it be to drop in a stocker and drive it back throw your turbo stuff in the back you where air force so im guessing your base has an DIY auto bay for 3 bucks an hour. Find a motor pool guy looking for some side work. I have a guy here thats gonna put in my clutch for $100 bucks and a case of beer. Its an idea

Kinda hard when the car is 4500+ miles away...not quite right around the corner, and no way in the world I would attempt that drive in anything other than a completely reliable daily driver if it was even possible to go up there and get it running. So basically I'm stuck...

LMAO...

I've seriously considered every option possible, and it seems like I'll just have to pay to have it shipped non-running. Damn the world haha, this blows!

Lol, I've wanted to sell my car many times and if you would have caught me at my downtimes I'm sure I would have sold it.

But there's just something about it being "your car" that you want to keep it, and I think you're doing the right thing. :)
