heh, I came back before the pits re-opened.

Then again, my car is being a turd.

ok this is based on total posts.

Compared 12/01/05-12/26/05 to 12/28/05-1/22/06

Obviusly onyl a 26 day average

12/01/-12/26:

Average posts were 182 with the peak being 288 on 12/12
there were only 6 days where the total posts exceeded 220

12/28-1/22:

Average posts were 243 with peak being 405 on 12/29.....day after pits opened?
there were only 7 days where the total exceeded 288 (the average of the previous month)

it definetely had an affect on active users, all the old ones that stopped coming have reaffirmed their whoringness in the only section that doesnt matter.

I always lurked around at the other sections but never really had anything to post, since I don't have a 2gnt anymore. Plus I'm on 3si a lot more often now. It's good to have the pits back imo. On a side note I started my desk job around the same time that the pits opened so that's another reason for me.

if i had a question when i had my 2gnt i would post. I would try to help out whenever i could in the other sections. This is and will be my homepage, it has been for the last like 8 years. I still have the 2g but it is in another state.

I really like the pits because it's almost like you get to know some regulars and it's these people that you kinda like to share some "off-topic" shit with sometimes.

So I think the pits being back is cool and yea....at work it def. kills some time :P
