22332, Pest problem...

What are those mosquitos (I call them that) that eat the little mosquitos called? They're the big ones usually in your garage, on the wall; they have wings and are annoying when they get into your house. Not daddy-long-legs.

They are everywhere outside. Whenever I walk through the grass, I see 'em fly away. They're stuck in my window screen and pissing me off. How do I reduce the amount of these bastards?

That would be my guess as well.

A can of cheap aerosol hairspray and a lighter is good enough to thin em out. Plus it's rather entertaining, just don't set anything on fire that shouldn't be ;)

pic after a quick google search.

Like Nine5 said, we call em mosquito eaters around here.

Theyre a pain in the ass. If you try to kill them with a fly swatter, expect to hit them about 3-5 times. Theyre tuff lil bastards. I cant stand them, you can always tell when one is in the room, theyre big, and you can hear them slapping the walls and ceiling.

Exactly.
They're becoming a problem. I've never seen it this bad; even my girlfriend's neighborhood has them everywhere. Whenever I pull into the garage and close it, I usually spend about 5-10 minutes killing the bastards that made it in. Must be something about this time of season.

Despite their name, they do not feed on mosquitoes or bite humans... Read about them here, completely harmless. They are called crane flies not mayflies, mayflies are a totally different insect.
