I got a ticket for parking on a curb that was supposedly "posted" as NO PARKING. Well this sign was laying on the sidewalk, broken and face down. I have pictures, that I'll upload later. I just appealed this ticket online, and they are going to get back to me within 30 days. What do you guys think is the chance of this turning out in my favor?

provided you didnt knock the sign over? pretty good... they didnt paint the curb, did they? that might be a deal breaker...

Nope no painted curb. Lol and no I didn't knock the sign over :P thanks! Given its only $35 I thought I'de give my arguement a shot you know?

Yeah, but if you piss them off they'll take your first born and make him work in the bowels of the DMV. If they do that see if you can get them to waive the $35.
