I think this happend to someone else up north and it was full of muscle cars and domestic stuff. I think the story on that was the old lady was about to die and she told about how her late husband had a few old cars out in the barn and it was packed full of classics.

These stories have been circulating for years (at least the 30 or so I've been in). They go along with the Corvette that the old man died in and couldn't get rid of the stink. Or the "old Chevy out back" that the little old lady sold for $___ (you fill in the lowball number) that turned out to be a classic Corvette. A lot of them had the "old lady" in the story

Nice to see pics of an actual instance. I have seen some of these over the years but nothing as grand as that. Old Vega that was actually a Cosworth Vega. A junker bug that turned out to be a split window european. Things like that.

I think that barn was a chop shop back in the day. Some of the pics showed cars with missing lights and damaged trunks. Also a classic car collector would never park cars that close to each other. Everytime you see a car collectors storage, the cars are spaced far away from each other so that you can walk around the cars and admire thier beauty. These cars looked like they were stashed there. It would be messed up if the government investigates and finds that all these cars are stolen and confiscates them.

I actually was thinking almost the same thing. Most of them have plates attached and a few interior shots show wiring hanging. The condition of a few of them is also pretty rough. Whoever "collected" these cars was not planning on keeping them in good shape.
