Oh hell yeah. Although, if I were strapped to one of those, we'd understand what ATC means when they say "Heavy." :P

those turbines are used in r/c jets, they look like the Jet Cat design. actually this thing wouldnt cost as much as some may think. i wouldnt waste my money on it, but mabey if i won the lottery :)
i think these could be them. not 100% sure though but you get the idea.

How did you afford that? I have always wanted to build/fly a jet but the cost of actual jet engine has kept me flying props instead.

i flew for CAI when they were still in buisness. The old Raptor was the best thing i have ever flown. i've flown since i was 7, ducted fans for about 5 years then a CAI rep down here asked me if i wanted to fly demos...i didnt decline that offer. ive flown IMAA aerobatics , AMA competitons , gone to top gun as a rep for CAI. it was alot of fun, but now college has taken over lol
edit: yea its expensive alright, heck, id rather stick to modding cars/bikes haha cause if you crash one of those, thats 8k-15k up in smoke right there but they are a real show stopper. if i had to pay for it myself i would have never flown them.

edit 2: OMFG lol there she is! i flew with jack holland, and the jet i demoed is the one on top
