If it's anything like VW's DSG then I'm all for it.

Sold in either manually shifted auto or 5 speed manual. I like it. A lot.

Although I don't like it near as much as the 8 and 9, it doesn't look too bad.

price will go into the mid 40s from what I read a few months ago, and that version is about 90% of what the production car will look like.

All I want is paddle shifters.

Wow. These pictures are hot. I haven't really seen any that have appealed to me until these.

I've seen it in person and it fails to impress me. I look at it like I look at someone elses wife... pretty sorta but fat and I'm not going to bother trying it out.

I mean it's a beautiful car and probably the most aggressive thing I've seen since the Viper, but I can't imagine driving or affording one until I'm in my mid 40's. It's absolutely huge. Doing anything sporting with it is pretty much out of the question. Look at how the guys with new Vettes and M5's drive and you'll see what I mean.

Anyways don't believe anything you see until it appears in a dealership. Mitsubishi is FAMOUS for producing sexy concepts and somehow completely missing the mark when it rolls off the production line.

Edit: If it appears in dealerships looking like that and costs under $30k then I'll eat crow.

I can about guarantee it won't be under $30k, the IX RS is just barely under that now, and the IX MR stickers at $36k+. I could totally see my 40-year-old-self driving one of those around in a couple of years, instead of a 5 series or Vette.

And most of the body is aluminum as is the block. I'm pretty sure it will go around a track quite nicely. ;)

It's aggressive but in an awkward econo-car kind of way. Now take that same front grill and place it on a 4g eclipse -> instant sexiness. I wouldn't give an evo a second thought after seeing this on the road, in fact it's the one mitsu I would drive over my 2g:

Looks OK from all angles, but from what I have seen of the rear, it looks ugly. Should be the prettiest for what is sure to be another Quick and Fast car.

If I had the money, I would buy one.
