I am trying to get in touch with someone from there. I paid for my LSD when they had the group buy. (that was $350 in the beginng of August) Then they asked for an additional $70 at the end of october. because the ggroup buy had been cancelled. So I sent that. I still have not been contacted by anyone from there. I really need some help from someone. Terry took my diff to them around the first of November. HELP! I feel like im getting ripped off. What time did you call? From what Ive heard they are only around at odd hours/nights,etc.. cause they work other jobs

I too am still waiting on my LSD from the same deal you got. I have not heard from em either. I supose it was the holidays and they do have full time jobs. Im not sure what to do il give em about a week more.

Rumor has it the shop closed down. ERT is back at Steve's house where they started origionally. Granted, Steve's wife just got pregnant, but this is uncalled for. Good luck guys.

I got intouch with matt the intern on ASE club and he says it's packed in the stuff from the shop and he will ind it this weekend. and ship it Monday. We will see how much BS they are still trying to feed me. Thanks for the help Guys.

I suggest at this point you look into legal action if you want to get your money back if you are still unable to get a hold of anybody. As you can see you are not alone at all in this. A lot of people have been taken for a lot more money than you.

Once again someone creates a performance company and has the potential to become something large and they allow it to go to shit instead.

Wow.. I can't believe all that I read on there. I haven't talked to steve in a year or more. I had no idea all that was happening.. Sorry to all you guys that are getting screwed. I had always recommended their business over the years because of the great customer service I got with them. Hell one nite steve, mike, and myself slept in the shop to finish working on my trans, after driving all over Chicago to get the right parts. They are all great people, trust me, I know them. I guess they are ust not in the best position to conduct a business at this point.

I was just checking Micheal_RS to see if he has been on line lately and I see he was just on, on the 8th. I think it fucked up that he still has the balls to use this sight knowing people on this sight were ripped off. Anyone involved with ERT needs to be banded. They delayed shipping so long you cant even file a complaint with paypal or credit card company.

You aren't getting your shit. You need to get a case going on against him so either he'll pony up what he owes or the AG will charge him and make him pay monthly restitution back to you.

Never wait 6+ months to get anything. You should have had your credit card company involved a long time ago.
