man what the hell was that? the powerband must have been less then 1,000rpm

Supra's are fair to us, they aren't fair to the owners because they need to make 700whp for anyone to think their car is special, they need $3k turbos to make power that is average by domestic standards, they are only fast on the highway, they cost far too much up front, and did I mention they are total dyno queens?

what do 2gnt's need to keep up w/ a stock supra? more then $3k.

That turbo is just simply too big, It took way too much for it to spool. Total waste of time and money, Imagine trying to keep that car on the road once that thing kicks in.

there was a 3000 at MOD '05 with a turbo that big. I wonder how much $ one of them runs for

A couple guys on 3Si have GT42 turbo's but I haven't seen anything bigger then that. I think my friend bought his for around $1000. I swear the thing was 50 pounds.
