It's just as viable as the other ultimate master of the universe poll. Just think, vote, and comment.

To me, they're the same, but different. At times I prefer Coke, others I prefer Pepsi. However, I prefer Sierra Mist over Sprite, and Mountain Dew is my third choice if I can't find sprite or sierra mist.

I think the current Coke commercial I hear on the radio is funny, but I couldn't remember what the hell it was for until I heard it a few times. I can't think of any pepsi commercials off hand (I don't watch TV) and can't think of any on the radio.

As far as the a/s/l, I have no earthly idea.

Oh yeah, I voted for pepsi because if I had the option of one or the other, I'd choose pepsi.

I prefer pepsi over coke. It's a little sweeter and not as strong in the carbonation dept. Dew is waaaayy better than mello yello, and ever since 7up was dropped for sierra mist, I've liked sierra mist better. I preferred sprite over 7up.

I think as fas as marketing goes, they are pretty even. I tend to like the pepsi commercials better than coke's because they are funnier to me. I think that pepsi is more geared toward a younger crowd, which I think helps boost sales because younger people tend to drink more carbonated drinks.

They are both loaded with sugar and way too many calories. They are more addicting that cigarettes IMO.

And I love them and have quit drinking them this week. I'm going into withdrawls.

I really think they are the root of my weight problems.

Pepsi only because code red is my choice. Coca cola is better than pepsi as far as the individual beverage.

I only care about Mountain Dew. While I was at college, one semester I just threw all empty 2l bottles behind my desk and they piled up. At the end I took them out and counted them before throwing them out and it was some 50 bottles...

I did a little research to see which company is actually profiting better, and I found out that an article was written a few years ago on this subject. As far as the top companies are concerned in forbes, pepsi barely squeaked by coke with the number 43 spot. Coke was very close by in the 44 spot.
