I prefer tortilla chips, but I voted for plain lays because that's what I'd prefer over those options.

For my money, it doesn't get any better than adding a couple cans of Ro*Tel and cooked up ground beef to some melted Velveeta with some Tostitos, but what do you guys like? I mean, sour cream and onion from the freezer aisle is okay too. :P

Anyway.. YES IT IS. One can Hormel Chilli(Chili? wtf? I don't feel like googling) and one "brick" thing of cream cheese. Melt together in pot on stove. TRY IT. BE HAPPY.
