So I'm sure a couple of you read my post in etx's thief thread about how my car was broken into a few days ago and they stole around a grand of stuff (huge deal to me, i only needed a grand to turbo... ) and all week I've just been pissed off and thinking of getting rid of it and getting something else.... Anyways because of the theft, my parents might be offering to buy me any alarm I want, within reasonable limits, and my next door neighbor just GAVE me three 10" MTX subs in a custom enclosure with a fiberglass window, for free! They're from the mid 90's and look like they're in great condition, but even if they're not the enclosure is kick ass and fits perfectly in the eclipse.

I used to have two Kenwood 12"s, but they didn't sound good to me so i sold them along with the kenwood 800w amp. I'm just gonna pick up another kenwood amp and be set to go (once I buy a new radio :-\ )

Dunno, just makes me think, maybe things do happen for a reason after all.

Sounds awesome man. Wish something like that would finally happen to me instead of my string of bs that's been happening since november.

i hear ya man, my car's been broken into 4 times! ive replaced so many windows, door handles, amps, subs, decks, its not even funny how unlucky i am.

good parents and u must be very lucky to have such nice neighbours man! MTX's are always good no matter how old they get, i have 2 10's and they pound more than enough. also go for a pager alarm.
