Someone threw an egg at my girlfriend's car last night in front of my house. I'm not sure what time, as I was knocked out around 12:30. I live in "old people" suburbia, so whoever did it probably has something against me and knew where I lived. Thing is, only one egg was thrown as I could tell... so either someone had the grudge as mentioned above, or someone just drove by down the street throwing one at every car; not sure.

That shit is hard to clean off and ruins paint, what do ya'll suggest I do tonight to make sure it doesn't happen again? I can't park the car in the garage as there is no room, nor on the driveway. I park right outside on the side of the street in front of my room.

Shotgun can be a hard shot at a moving target from a distance. Get an automatic paintball gun and see if you can find some nasty paintballs, something that won't wipe off as cleanly as most paintballs (make your own?) and just wait. I hate kids and thieves, see my posts in that post about thieves, my car was broken into last night :-\ 1000 dollars worth of stuff stolen, not getting any of it back :-\

thatd work, but freezing paintballs tends to warp them, you have to get it just right. Thats why playing in the winter can be such a bitch sometime. Don't they make paintnball pellets with Mace/pepper spray in them? I think they use them in SWAT

get a Daisy pellet/bb rifle. Put hollow point pellets in it, OR... get those darts meant for the cheap handgun bb guns at walmart and drop it down the barrel, that should make for a good laugh.

I hear ya... I had my s10 egged when i was 16, only had it a few months and I was soo pissed. late last year my se-r was egged. No telling how long that shit sat on the paint cause I didn't notice it until I went to drive it after it sat for about 2 weeks but it didn't even bother me cause the paint is so fucked anyway.

Potato gun FTW. One can be made for around $25 at Home Depot. Instead of a potato, use wadded wet paper towels with a D-cell battery on top for extra fun.

Except they're about as illegal as a fully automatic weapon.

I made an air cannon, it's not the most powerful I could have made, but it has a bit of a kick to it when I fire wooden poles.

It ended up looking alot different than I wanted it to, but it does the job. We took a steal ball and fired it through a shed at 120psi. :)

I've made air powered and combustion potato guns before. They're lots of fun. You can make either like a shotgun if you stick the potato down the barrel then put gravel on top of that. It's like really big buck shot.

can you buy spike strips now? If you had an egg sensing spike strip you could go to sleep happy knowing that if someone egged your car you'd hear a loud pop followed by a bunch of cussing.
