10528, It never fails...does it?

When you get 4 new tires, that within the first month you always run over a nail or glass or whatever and end up putting a hole in the tire.

I noticed my rear drivers side tire pressure was low the other day so I filled it back up to where it should be and sure shit a day later its back down. I inspected the tire some and I find a nail stuck cleanly into the tread and giving a very slow leak.

Now I gotta deal with tire rack and getting my road hazard warranty taken care of. Ugh...

Not sure about the plug. I've heard they can make the tire have a slight bump and make the car feel different...but thats just what I've heard.

Plus if I payed for the road hazard warranty, wouldn't it be a waste if I didn't use it?

if it's on the tread they'd just plug it.

If it makes you feel better, last summer I bought 4 new tires and 2 weeks after putting them on, I backed over a curb cutting deep into the sidewalls of 2 of them. Had to get 2 more.

Well, basically just take it up there, have them inspect it...if its unrepairable I get a brand new tire plain and simple. However, if it is repairable they will repair it and I'm reimbursed $25 to cover the tire mounting and balance...basically.

It just sucks having to deal with it, but atleast the puncture is on the tread and I'm assuming there going to just plug it.
