On friday I pulled the last $85 I had out of my bank and put it in my wallet, went to the store, bought about $75 worth of Rum and Rum accessories, and went home. I proceeded to dive head first into one of the said bottles of rum, I did not resurface for air till Saturday morning. We did however (at least so I'm told) have one kick-ass party at my house, and I'm sure of at least 4 hook-ups that may or may not have happened within the immediate vicinity of my cat's litterbox. I spent the rest of the weekend recovering and therfore do not have much idea exactly what happened, but I just opened my wallet to see where I should go for lunch (Applebee's, McDonalds, or bummin' it in the office Cantina) and I was greated by a solid $98. I'm not sure exactly what happened that night, nor the rest of the weekend, but by my calculations I'm up $88 and I know I didn't charge cover at the door. Sometimes I find it best not to question events such as these, but I know lunch will rock today :thumbsup

not to rain on your parade but im guessing if your last 98 dollars to your name is in your wallet, you should probly still be bumming for lunch instead of going to applebees.

Every two weeks I net $1000, and I get paid tomorrow. I was just stoked, it's like finding $5 in your pocket but $98 instead! Anyone else having a better day than they expected?

You probably made all that money that you found. You probably were whoring yourself out all night and just can't remember it, lol. Wait tell you see some ugly chick come up to you that you've never seen and tell you how good Fri. night was. Then your day would get much worse huh.

It's always good to find extra money when you expect to find none, or next to none. :thumbsup

Like the time I took out my good 'ole leather jacket and found a nicely folded 20 in the pocket. Even though I was strapped for cash, that bought some Jimmy Johns and beer.

Thats sad that you liquidated your account for rum, and it was only a couple of bucks... on the other hand your up 88 dollars. In that case I call run a good investment. The best course of action would be to do it again but, buy 2 times the amount of rum and see if you can doubble your money.

I like how you think, though I'm not sure I could survive twice the amount of alchol. Last time I drank that much I ended up spending a week sleeping in the bath tub, my friends really should have taken me to the hospital, but thought taking pictures of me was a better idea. No worries about the asshole, it doesn't hurt anymore than usual, and the liquidation of account on rum was intentional (apparently to my girlfriend it was more important to have a kick-ass party than money at the time) It's not an often thing anyways, so meh.
