Is it possible to get the old content back from the old pits? There was some cool stuff in there Ive been wanting to find.

I never got to experience the original pits sections so this will be a first for me. I always thought this site was lacking something along the lines of this, but never thought too much of it.

same here. i wouldent have really noticed it but when i saw an extra link above the FS/WTB section and read that the pits was back.

I'm betting the pits will last. I guess now's a good time to start a Super Bowl POOL!!! like the old days!! GO COWBOYS! :P

This place DIED after they killed the pits.

It created a DSM culture. I talked to all DSM guys when we still had the pits. I haven't had a BBQ at my place for years because we all sorta fell apart after the pit was killed.

It's nice to see it back but I don't own an eclipse anymore...

I should throw a BBQ anyway... ;)

Not all of us were responsible for the demise of the pits.

MLP and other ass-hats were the root cause. They should have been banned and let the rest of us enjoy the pits.

I'm glad the pits are back but it's too late for me, I dont really care anymore

So this is the rebirth of pits I read so much about... looking forward to exploiting I mean exploring this section lol

i dont think the loss of the pits killed 2gnt. all i think it did was weed out those who werent serious about staying for the right reasons..and it seems it got 2gnt back to its roots as a technical forum...not a social hub. and it got rid of a few people that needed to move on from here. we had an entire sub-culture here at 2gnt who's sole reason for existance was just for drama and BS. not everyone mind you, but it sure cleaned 2gnt up. ppl still had an outlet, they just moved over to KM's place. i do kinda wonder tho how his site will be affected with the return of the pits here tho. not like its a huge deal, but activity there has seemed to dwindle..even a few months ago. im sure many will return back and stay here for as long as the pits stays.

woah, the pits are finally back, I hope no one decides to mess this up for us.
