Coming from someone who drinks 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning and nothing else all day, I can say when my energy is low I eat a peice of fruit or candy and I feel better. I tend to drink water or V8 throughout the day.

My MS doctor told me that I was becoming hypoglycemic, which is very commmon in today's modern fast paced world we live in.

I must admit the hostility and rage displayed amongst those that drink energy drinks versus those who do not. It's quite interesting, haha. That's not to start anything, but come on guys, you can see it all over this one particular topic. It is somewhat interesting, no?
