Okay well from a woman's point of view....
Donkey punches, nothing, and warm glasses of suckmycock are not very good ideas.
Gift certificates are only good if they are very thoughtful, or a spa day or something. Restaurant gift certificates can be okay, it would be better to just take her somewhere like that for a birthday.
Digital photo frames are great! Its always good to give someone an experience, like play tickets, concert tickets, etc... like you guys mentioned...
