He shot two people at the dorms, and for some reason it took campus police two hours to report. This gave him enough time to open fire in a different building. Shooting anyone in site. He actually went door to door, trying to find people. Its a campus of 26,000 people, not hard to find 32. I'm suprised he didnt kill more..



About the guns. Sure, they didnt uphold the no firearms policy, but how on earth would it help if everyone had guns? The only thing different, would be more than one person shooting. With good intent, there are still accidents, especially in crowded halls.
