but, you have to remember, anything you order from howell is a custom order. i had this problem ordering my 60mm tb from them. somehow, it was custom cause it was on sale??? gimme a break.

kinda odd, the company i work for has a slogan. "We are a customer service company, that just happens to fly planes."

why dont you take that and say, we are a customer service company, that happens to sell auto parts. ever wonder how that will play in your profits?
