Does anyone have these, or know if they are any good.

I've looked at them. They are at the level of the tokico blues. And I think Koni in general has better products than tokico, so I would think they would be the same or better as the blues, but this is just speculation.

I am lowered 1.5" tenzo springs.

I'd go with koni yellow's, i have the same set up as you with the springs.
