im buy a set of oz rims a six spoke design .. they have some scuffs on it but nothing seriously horrible and they are white ..
i want them kalapana black ... they are going to be my everyday rims cause i still want my focals ..but they will do until than ..
please help and let me know what steps should be taken to fix them up

i've never done it b4 but since nobody else is helping i'll chime in: i think you have to strip the paint (scrapers, tal-strip, putty knives...), then used plenty of sand paper, of course make sure they are clean. After that primer, then paint, then clear (optional i guess) If possible let them cure for a few days since the paint will be wet for a few days causing them to chip easier
