How much improvement in handling can one expect from just upgrading to either Tokico Illuminas or Koni Yellows on stock springs? More specifically, will their be reduction in bodyroll in the corners (if set to the stiffest settings)?
What are the effects of over dampening? will it just break my back or will there be an actual improvement?

struts will make a world of difference and the koni's will lower you an inch in the front.

yes, just replacing the shocks will make a night and day improvement in handling

Thanks for the input guys.
Just one question, do the Koni Yellows have that adjustable spring perch in the front (like for integras)? Is that how you can drop the front 1"?
Also, for the backs why does it say you have to use the OEM spring perches?? They don't come with?

no, the adjustability is in the stiffness.
