819, Camber kits needed for Eibach ProKit?
Posted by GSsport, Dec-31-69 06:00 PM
I am just wondering if I would need camber kits also. Would be pretty dumb to ruin brand new tires. I would be putting the new tires on and lowering if I go that route. Thanks for any help. GSsport (Rob)

I know that most people didn't need them for this kit, but I did. I couldn't get any of the wheels to allign within specs at all without camber kits. I used RRE rear kit(+2 degrees) and Eibach/Specialty Products front kits(+3/4 of a degree). I got these at NOPI. Once these were installed, it kept the factory set negative camber and a slight negative camber in the front, however, it was within specs. I just adjusted the toe slightly to compensate for the slight negative camber in the front. I have had this setup for 12,000 miles now and had 2 tire rotations. The tires are wering perfect. Hope this helps.
