Has anyone installed one of these. I have one coming in today and was wondering if I will be the first 2gnt to install it. Any help or advice is surely appreciated. (never ending brake saga)

Deano, what did the valve run you? Any site you know of, that I can take a look at one? Thanks.

I just talked with Mike at LR mitsu and he got in the tech manuals. On the 2G, the proportioning valve has six lines. The left side of the valve(front view) has three lines and the right side has three lines. The left side is numbered from 1-3-5 and the right is 2-4-6. The 1 is LH rear output, 3 is RH front output and 5 is input secondary. This side takes care of itself and is isolated from the other side. The split is 80% pressure to front and 20% to the rear. The right side is the same. 1 is RH rear, 2 is LH front and 6 is input primary. You would have to have to redo the factory proportioning valve setup to isolate the front and rear or you would have to tap off the individual front lines(need two adjustable valves) coming out of the factory valve. This would surely cause a pull one side to the other. Thanks guys for your help. BTW: the part# mb895931 for the factory pro valve is the same for all 2g cars without ABS. I think I will leave it alone for now. The valve is also located on the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compt.
