I currently have a set of GAB 4 way adj struts and pro-kit. I have 16"s and at this point plan not to go any bigger b/c of the shit KC roads. I'm not really thrilled with the fender gap still and was considering coils. My question is do the sporlines really ride bad? I'm only really interested in responses with upgraded struts. The GAB's I have are pretty stiff.(hehe I said stiff) Should I consider another brand maybe? Should coils be taken into consideration? THanks

with upgraded struts.. sportslines should be fine.. but there are alot of other 2" drop springs that will be stiffer so you don't bottom out as much.. or you can just make your shocks really stiff to balance out the sportlines softness.

Hey how do you like the GABs. I havn't heard much about them on our cars. How much were they, are they adjustable, are they about the same length as stock struts etc..

What other springs do you reccommend besides the Sportlines? Eibach doesn't exactly make crap but if there's another option, I'm open to ideas. I haven't had any other struts besides the stockers. I got them used locally for 100 for all 4! One of the tabs at the bottom chipped off from the shop that was removing them. I just welded one from the stockers back on. I've had no probs. They are pretty stiff but handle REALLY well on decent roads.

I have sportlines with tokico illumina struts. The ride height is pretty sweet with sportlines, the ilumina's are tight as hell....
Neuspeed race springs are good too, then there's Sprint springs or H&R springs. Have had experience with all of them and there all pretty good with no real problems.
