the adjustable part of the strut fell off...any suggestion on what i should do...just happend to one strut

If you're the original buyer/installer you can get it replaced free, from a shop that participates in their limited warranty program, or you can call them and send it out to them, but you'll be down for a while (no strut=no drive).

You mean the little plastic cover that sits on top of the strut shaft, with the 1-5 markings on it? Just find it and put it back on.

Yeah man, we need a little more info. Is it the indicator dial or the actuall selector mechanism?

its the selector mechanism...if i got some needle nose pliers i could probably adjust it.

Give tokico a call! My selectors pop up everytime i adjust them and i have to make sure i push them back down. Does it look like it is keyed just to set in there. If so they might just send you a new selector and you won't have to remove the strut. I tried to find a diagram to see how it is attached, but couldn't. Sorry about not being much help.

If I understand what you're talking about, mine have been gone for close to a year. I just called them and they're sending out replacement parts for free. I called (310)898-3070.
