665, Question about changing front calipers to GSX Posted by guest, Dec-31-69 06:00 PM I have a 95 RS, with the stock brakes on it. I have heard the the GSX's have 2 piston calipers and they will bolt right up with the bracket. I would like to know if this is true, and if anyone has done it before. I am trying to find used ones in good shape to save a little money, where would be a good place to start looking for them. I would greatly apprecaite anyones responce. | |

667, You could upgrade for much less Posted by DeanoD, Dec-31-69 06:00 PM Contact Dan from allmitsubishi.com and have him ship a set of good used calipers to ya. Make sure they include the mounting brackets,pad shims and hoses(they will probably have a used set of pads in there anyway). You could then buy a new set of GSX cross drilled or slotted rotors for $150 a set and a new set of pads and you are done. If you wanted to go the least expensive route, buy a set of used GSX rotors from Dan until you get the money for new ones. | |
