ok I know it is in the search somewhere but, I cant find it. I have really bad wheelhop whenever Im running my car. If you guys could give me any advice on how to solve the problem it would be much appreciated (is that spelled right?)

Let off the gas just a tiny bit. When your wheels are hopping you arent going anywhere very fast, might as well let off the gas a little and go forward. Also I didnt see any suspension mods in your sig.. that might help as well. If you go with some adjustable shocks than you can set the rear ones stiffer than the front ones. That way the car doesnt rock back when you take off, thus reducing wheel spin/hop/whatever you want to call it. I think on the 2gnt page there is a link as to the best ways to laung your car. Might want to check that out to. The best way to figure it out is just to experiment with your car. I mean we can all give you pointers, but it depends on how your car is setup, how you drive etc. etc, as to what works for you. Hope this helps a little bit.

Buy the energy suspension motormount. It will help a bit. Also check GENERAL section thier is couple of posts about this.

just go to www.summitracing.com and do a search for eagle talon mounts and two links should show up, one is for the awd and one is for the fwd. It will only cost 27 bucks shipped. I just installed the front mount this weekend and the hop is completely gone, I plan on doing the rear mount this weekend though.

I would say for sure buy the motor mount inserts.....I just installed both mine yesterday (took about 2 1/2 hours for both) Starting my car I noticed a difference....and I've almost all my wheel hop.....its a great investment for how cheap they are....I got mine from summitracing also.

Depends onho wmuch vibration you can stand. nergy Suspension is a nic street/strip way to go. Prothane and the AFX solid mount are good for track but vibrate a LOT!

But bottom line is ork on your launch, you should be able to give her a good launch with a set of Energy Suspension mount inserts and a good slip of the clutch ad gas control.

I know you all have forgotten about this thread but, summitracing has the motor mounts on backorder. I will need them by this friday. Thats when summit said they could send them out. Any other places where I could get them?

I don't know where you're located but here is SoCal I got mine from Dynamic Autosports (Lake Forest, CA) for $15, had 'em in stock and everything. I think Kragen might also stock them.
