I am droppin my car 1.3 with the Eibach and some people have told me not to worry about cambering. Will the ride be good if I dont camber and will I eat up my tires if I dont.

You cant camber....Camber is a term when your wheels tilt in (negative camber like when you lower) or positive camber when your wheels lean out...
You can do the $15 rear camber mod and that should be all thats needed for lowering a car 1.3"
You should not need a camber kit for the front.

Ya, do what the Flea guy said to do and get an alignment for sure.
