My real question is will the AWD front brakes fit with my 16 inch rims without having to "modify" the calipers? I know most of the big brakes available need 17 inch rims so thats why I am worried, cause I have the calipers sitting in my room and just gotta get pads and rotors. What do you guys think of the power slot rotors? What about pads, I am a late braker so I need something that doesn't fade bad, any suggestions?

Damn that would be a close fit... but im sure someone on here has tried it once.

16 is fine, that's the size of the 3000gt NA rims. and the gsx came with 16" swirlies for 95-96.

Where you getting the brakes from dude I'm look for some big brakes too. The early 95/96 eclipses did come with 16 inch swirly rims. The TSi also had 16s. Randy has the big brakes also and he's on 16s so its like 16 and up would fit.

Cool! I found the calipers on DSM Trader for $100 and seeing as the dealer wanted $150 each thats a good deal! Now I just gotta get rotors and pads and I am set for install!

The only donwside is that our spare tire won't fit with the big brake. Find that out the hard way.

I don't have a spare or jack in the car, that's what AAA is for!

Damn, I've looking to get my sh!t upgraded but none of the wrecken yards gots our cars or our cousin cars. Damn It!!

with the direct bolt on of the awd calipers does that mean the the gsx uses the same size rotors as the gs only thicker? I want to do the caliper upgrade but use the aem big rotors, which aem kit should I buy; awd or nt upgrade?
