I was expecting to get inserts for 4 mounts, but it only came with two. Which two am I supposed to change. There are no instructions with it, so I don't know where they go. Maybe it's obvious once I get into it, but I rather not waste the time getting to the mounts that I don't need to take apart. BTW, I got them from Summit P/N ENS-5-1103R. I believe it's the right thing.
Thanks, Matt

gracias, yeah, there are other links from my page for the rear. you should have gotten 4 rubber peices and two washers. the smaller rubber parts (2) and washers go up front, and the bigger rubber peices go in the rear mount. rubber=polyurethane/prourethane, whateva.

One last Q...I only installed the front one last night b/c I didn't have the time to devote to get the back. This morning (first time I drove it since), I got a CEL. I didn't know if possibly this could be tilting the engine wierd under load or something. There's many other things I have that could cause this, but that was the only thing I touched last night. Could having only one insert installed cause the CEL?

hmm... not sure... i know a couple people on the boards have driven around with only the front one in... since the backone is a bish to do...
did you try doing the "keydance"? Check on the 2gnt main page for the codes and how to do it.

probably just caught a plug for something and didn't notice it.. but the motor mounts have nothing to do with CEL, infact it is only emmisions related stuff, ie. map sensors 02 sensors, ignition coil, etc..

stupid question but how does the key dance go? I used to get CEL's and was wondering how to check whats causing it.

Turn key ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON, just don't actually start the car when you tuirn to on. Leave the key in on after the last turn and count the blinks, there is a link to the codes on the main page.
