I have a couple of problems I have a 99 Eclipse RS no mods yet...but working on it...first of all the first problem whenever I turn my steering wheel to the extremes either left or right it makes a loud screeching type sound. Only when the wheel is pushed to the extreme...though I was driving in heavy rain earlier and it made the same sound just driving straight...I am thinking it has something to do with power steering but I don't know...the other problem there is a heavy vibration come from it seems like front left wheel...at first we thought it was the right because a lug bolt wasn't seated all the way on the rotor but thats fixed and its still vibrating we got another rim which is kinda warped a little and put that on...still vibrating and now the steering is off a little because of the tire being warped...this weekend we want to figure out what is wrong with that we have busted a lug bolt off each side on the front because the lugs were too tight...what could be the problem there? Definitely seems like its the front left...but what do I need to do get all tires balanced and get a good rim...I haven't ever checked on the recall yet could that be it...some ideas would be nice..

The screeching problem might be your power steering belt it needs tightening up a bit. the vibration i don't know..
