5678, Tokico illuminas?

I am getting these in a week or 2 hopefully. No more than a month from now. Question is. My car when I had the 215-45-17 tires on, the tires scraped in the back. I went to 205-40-17's. I wanna get bigger tires again. Will tokicos more than likely keep the car from scraping the rear tires or not? TIA

i doubt the illuminas will determin whether or not the tires rub.. that is more of the springs job.. so if you are lowered a great deal then the tires will more than likely rub.. you might also consider wheel spacers to pull out the rims away from the car a little so you avoid rubbing with wide tires.. that is what most do when they get those rx7 rims that are 16x8 and big tires.. or raise the car some with a diff set of springs.. just remember shocks are meant for absorbing shocks and springs determine height and rate of return when bouncing and whats not..

tokico has nothing to do with you scrapping! tokico controls how your car handles. its your springs or body kit if so...

it was the tires. I think it was cuz the car bounces so much is what I'm saying.
