i got the tokico non adjus and eibach pro on my 99gs fwd for about a yr now.
today we tried to see if its rebounds quick but its so stiff like a ROCK?? my cousin has the same car same setup struts and springs on his 97gs fwd and his car bounces about right not as stiff as mine?
also my car hurts like a mad man over bumps and railroads even if i go slow ?

Did you cut your bump stops in half when you installed your springs? Make sure all the stock rubber pieces are in place on the assembly. Look at the ground control installation faq at http://vfaq.dsm.org and it shows all the little stock pieces that go in, like that cone shaped rubber thing. Good luck.

Yes that was my conclusion too. If you didnt cut them you might be hitting those on every bump. By cutting you get an extra .5" of travel.

i did not install it this shop i always go to installed it. how much of the bump stop are you sopose to cut? and at what angel if so? also do you have to remove the whole strut and spring to check or do this? and does this apply all around or just to the front or rear?.. also when i 1st installed my suspenion setup it was not this harsh? only within the last couple months?

The bumpstops should be cut in half down the center (that's what RRE told me). You have to take apart your whole suspension setup to do it though. It's those yellow things. You just cut it so the height is about half of the original. This gives you more suspension travel. But if it only recently got bad, I would assume it's the shocks??

hmmmm with kyb gr2s do you have to cut the bumpstops? i have them with prokits.

If you lower you car you should always cut the bumpstops. Its very easy to do...the pain will be taking the suspension apart in order to get to them.

for the bump stops to cut does this only apply to the rear or front ?

cut all four bump stops in half.

im pissed now, i didnt cut the bumpstops when i installed my springs. i only bottomed out once so far, and i didnt like it.

guess ill do that when i replace the stock shox

Yes, since the bumpstop cutting instructions is part of the Pro-Kit install, meaning it's not strut specific.

There was a yellow sheet that came with the Pro-kits that indicated the exact(to the millimeter) measurement on how much you needed to cut form each bumpstop. But it was close to half IIRC, anyways.

I've never bottomed out myself with this combo, but the ride is much harsher. Corners are much easier to take though. And the car doesn't look like a 4 x 4 either. It's all a tradeoff.

Yes. My previous post was directed to you. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CUT THE BUMPSTOPS WHEN LOWERED. This has nothing to do with the spring and strut combo you have....the fact that you are lowered is why you have to cut the bump stops.
