Illuminas due to their price and reliablity and performance that I have heard. I will have mine on in a few months.

are me any lindsay the only two guys on this board with koni's??
anyway, lifetime warrenty, infinitly adjustable, easy conversion beween springs and coilovers. and the customer service is excellent.

I have Tokico Blues currently, so i won't vote.
My ultimate setup, however, would be ground control coilovers at stock height and Illumina's (it's simply a preference - if AGX's would work just as well, kewl), simply so i could stiffen the rear end and raise it an inch or so to help with my launches at the track... may help to cut down on those high FWD 60' times.
Just so you know how i feel about it.

5499, question about koni? Posted by pn0ymahal, Jan-12-02 03:57 AM
i heard koni adjus is really good, but on road race site it says they use more of the tokico adjust and it says, "its more adjustable" then koni? i am debating between these two struts. right now i got tokico non adjus and eibach pro. i want a strut for street and race so adjus would be sorta the way to go? input? thanks Michael 99gs-hrc stage 2

i was gonna say to go to RRE site, i'm sure not much of us have a basis for comparison since you usually buy shox and don't bother testing any other out, RRE is all about racing and trying different stuff so they should know.

I've never used the tokico's so I'm not sure how stiff they go, but I know the koni's get damn stiff once you start turning em up. They may be reffering to the 1g koni's in that statement.
