545, alignment problem, or bad tires? Posted by trickedeclipse, Jan-27-01 11:58 PM Do any of you guys that drive your car in the snow have the same problem as me? With my stock rims and tires, I experience bad swaying from the rear of the car. The front is fine, but sometimes it is impossible to keep the rear end straight. It's like it has a mind of it's own, and it's very scary on the slick highway. | |

546, That is alignment Posted by DeanoD, Jan-28-01 03:31 AM If you get your alignment with your aftermarket wheels, your alignment should change enough with the stock wheels to make a difference. I am guessing that your alignment toe/camber was off to begin with and you are now noticing it when the roads are slick/ice covered. I am betting it has nothing to do with your tires. | |
