are you drivin, or in motion while ticking? or sitting at idle?

i dont know? but i would take off the wheel, or jack it up, and spin the wheel, to see where sound was.

cv joint?

Yeah I would take off the wheel, and do some looking around. Check the cv joint rubber boot to see if its cracked and torn. Water can get in there and destroy the cv joint. Could also be the brakes, and also the wheel bearing. Just gonna have to look and do some investigating.

sound like your cv joint is going out. Check your cv boot.
