I want to do this my self. I was wondering if anyone has done this themselves. If so, is it easy enough to do for a semi-mechanical joe like myself. Any special tools I'll need for the rotor removal and drum brake? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't remember how to do the drums but typically you don't have to worry about them since rear drum shoes wear out slowly.

The disks and pads are easy. After the tire is off you remove two bolts for the caliper. If you were just changing the pad you'd just remove te old pads (i think they clip into place) then hold down the brake cylinders with a C-clamp, and then put in the new pads and bolt up the caliper. To remove the disk, you might have to unbolt the caiper bracket (two more bolts), but whether you do or don't just tap off the rotor with a mallet (it's help on by the rim, just like a drum brake) and slide on the new rotor, re-install everything.

Really, it's very easy to do and you can figure it out just by looking at the caliper and rotor assembly and seeing which bolts you have to take off.
