Irfan, when your stoppin don't shift to neutral than brake. brake while in gear than shift down to your next lowest gear and let the clutch out slow just to where it hits the gear and the engine will bring the trans up just let it out slow or your synchros will shit a brick. eventually when you downshift try to tap the gas to bring your revs up to where it would be in that gear at that speed.
