3501, HELP! Sway bar, damper fork problems.... Posted by Northstar, Sep-07-01 05:17 AM
How the HELL do you get the damn sway bar off the damper fork? The whole bolt turns not just the nut. Is it possible to take the strut out without removing the sway bar link? I dosen't look like it. HELP!

there is a nut on the rubber boot side of the shaft. so you need 2 wrenches one to hold the shaft and one to unscrew the nut. then it will come out easy. kind of like unscrewing a pipe fitting from the shower. lates

I am taking my suspension apart because I belive the people who put my springs on did not cut my bump stops in half. So on with my question.
What color are the bumpstops? Black or yellow? If they are black then which ones are they? Thanks. I need help ASAP since my suspension is lying in peices in the garage.
