Advantages of stronger tubular pieces and larger sway bar. All at a relatively low cost.

I wish I could have done a comparison (before/after) but I wouldn't be comparings apples. I went from stock RS (no sway) to that, plus Koni's with GC and Dennis Grant style spherical bearing upper shock mount all around.
So I went from a boat ride to a go cart ride, lol. But it is holding up great with many miles.

Right on. Really, the only tricky parts in it are doing the bushings (if you don't have a press) and fabbing the 7/8" spacers.

Wow that's a pretty cool upgrade. I'll definitely do this to the GS later on since mine sways pretty bad and oversteers.

Great write up!
Now IIRC, sway bars that I found on a 2g GS would not bolt up to my 99 RS, as there were no mounting holes in the cross member. I would have to switch the entire cross member from a GS. When I got underneath both my cars and looked at it, I decided it wasn't worth it. But it looks like this bolts right up to an RS... interesting.

great alternative if you don't have a rear sway. Looks like a good upgrade for the autoX'er as well
