33376, Right Front Wheel Rubs When Turning Right Posted by teklein, Jul-30-11 08:42 AM
So here is the deal,
I first noticed this when I installed my RRE under brace.
Rubs on the actual fender well towards the rear of the car.
Tie rod ends were shot - and I was doing Prothane bushings anyway so I went ahead and did that and got the car aligned.
Still rubs.
Short of throwing 5mm spacers on it - I do not what else to try and fix this. Alignment spec sheet is perfect so I know it is not that.
Any ideas?

So I can better understand and picture it, cock the wheel to the right, and take a picture of how it is contacting the fender.

Bam, pictar!
For funsies I set the steering straight, then counted turns from left to right. 1.25 turns from center to left, and 1.25 from center to right.
I am stumped.
Camber is -2.8 degrees both sides. Everything else is well within spec.

Sorry man, but I have no point of reference in that picture heh. I meant, crank the tire all the way over to where it rubs, and take a picture so I can see the angle and such.
